Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of industrial electronic components, our return policy is limited and subject to strict conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged during transit

• Incorrect product delivered

• Manufacturing defect confirmed

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used products

• Installed components

• Electrical items once opened

• Custom ordered items

• Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us with:

• Order number

• Product details

• Reason for return

• Supporting images (if damaged)

Returns will only be processed after approval from our team.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refund will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
